Celebrate Simple is a means of communication to parents pursuing the education and training of their children, educators seeking instructional guidance, and administrators looking for curriculum and course development. It is also home of the personal blog for Mike and Cheryl Basitan. This site is personally updated and maintained by Mike and Cheryl Bastian with the intention of sharing our experience to encourage and inspire others.
All content is ours, unless stated otherwise. No content on this site is intended to be expressed or interpreted as legal counsel. Parents take full legal responsibility for the education of their children just as educators take responsibility for their classrooms and administrators their schools. Celebrate Simple strives to act and react with honesty and integrity on this site and in all we do. We do--as we always have--desire to earn the trust of those with whom we work. We realize much of this trust comes from word of mouth, personal recommendations. We are appreciative of those who promote what we do.
Celebrate Simple only recommends products or services we have used and feel will aid parents and educators in raising life-long learners. Therefore, from time to time we will mention resources in our blog which we use and have benefited our family. Often these resources and products are available for purchase on our resources page.
We realize the needs of families and classrooms vary greatly. Hence, what has benefited our family or someone's classroom may not have the same impact on another family or classroom. Celebrate Simple does all due diligence to give honest opinions and recommendations regardless of compensation and will not recommend anything, to our knowledge, that compromises our beliefs. When Celebrate Simple is asked to review a product, we will offer an honest, accurate, and valuable assessment of said services, products, or entities as it is our heart to provide quality content to our visitors. Any product comment, instructional claim, research statistic, quotation or citation about a product, service, or educational methodology is made with our utmost integrity and honesty, to the best of our knowledge, but should be verified with the manufacturer, provider, or original source. When Celebrate Simple receives compensation for a review or post, we will be sure to communicate such clearly to the reader. It should be understood that Celebrate Simple may not necessarily hold the same views or beliefs as the merchants we are affiliated with.

Email Newsletter Subscribers
This website is used as a means of communication to residents within the United States for informational and educational purposes. Celebrate Simple does not intentionally target residents of other countries.
Our email newsletters are opt-in only. You opt-in based on your interest of the content and understanding of our Privacy Policy. Email subscribers are offered free printables and e-resources which are subject to change at any time, without notice, and the subscriber is free to unsubscribe from the email newsletter at any time.
Email addresses and names collected for the purpose of email newsletter distribution will not be sold. Celebrate Simple will not fill subscriber inboxes with scams or junk mail.
Email Correspondence and Information
If you decide to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information we receive online by mail and telephone.

You will receive no further email communication from us. Celebrate Simple currently uses Mailchimp as our email service provider.
From time to time, Celebrate Simple will offer e-resources—books, pamphlets, or printables. These are distributed through MailChimp our email service provider. MailChimp will store your email address and name and are accessible by Cheryl Bastian. As will all email correspondence, you can remove yourself, decline, or unsubscribe at any time.
We are committed to keeping your email confidential. We do not sell, rent or lease our subscription lists to third parties.
Purchases on Celebrate Simple
When you make a purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and credit card/payment information. This information is used to send you information about order, respond to your requests including refunds, process payments and prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations such as calculating taxes, and improving our store and resource offerings.
